Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Image Agreement
This Site Usage Agreement is a binding agreement
between you and Resorts of the Canadian Rockies
Inc. ("RCR"). If you are entering into
this Agreement on your employer's behalf, this
Agreement applies both to you and to your employer.
The following terms and conditions apply to your
access and use of all material and Images from
the RCR Image Gallery site. RCR reserves the right
to change this Agreement from time to time at
its sole discretion. Your use of the site will
be subject to the most current version of this
Agreement posted on the site at the time of such
use. By using this site and/or downloading any
material, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not wish to be bound by this agreement
do not use this site or download or use any
images.
Resorts of the Canadian Rockies grants the following
rights to images of Lake Louise, Fernie and Kimberley
Alpine Resorts, Nakiska and Wintergreen.
These images may be used only for articles and
features promoting the above listed Resorts. Travel
Wholesalers and Tour Operators may use the images
for use specifically pertaining to properties
of RCR. These images may not be used for any other
purpose than the direct promotion of Lake Louise,
Fernie, Kimberley, Nakiska or Wintergreen.
You are free to download the material posted on
this Image Gallery. You agree that you do not
acquire any ownership rights in any downloaded
content. You may not distribute copies of the
material for any purpose or 'frame' it in any
site you create or operate unless you do so at
the request of RCR or its affiliates.
Any unauthorized downloading, transmission, republication
or other copying or modification of material posted
on this site, including trademarks, trade names,
images and service marks, may violate federal,
common or civil law trade-mark law and copyright
law, and may result in legal action.
By browsing away from this page and into our
photo library, you accept the terms of the above
