The Bow has been Good!

still managed to get a few days out on the Bow before the snow flies! The squirrells, muskrats and other members of the rodent family seem to be real busy this Fall-- old timers say that is good news for us ski bums!

The Fernie 'Bush Eaters'- the brush crew that goes deep like the snows of winter in Fernie

This image portrays the leading 'Bush Eating' crew in North America!! These guys eat trees, chew rocks and grind gnarly things to make our skiing experience better!! We salute the 'Bush Eaters' as they prepare the slopes for Winter!

Between April 2007 and May 2008, the Fernie Alpine Resort Community Summit Fund has provided $23,850 in cash, as well as in-kind donations to 20 community organizations and projects. Recipients include the following organizations and programs:
