Currently host to both International Olympic Alpine Teams and Team Canada for training, Nakiska is alive with Olympic spirit and proud to be assisting these athletes with their competitive edge prior to the Vancouver 2010 Games. The competitive energy can be felt around the resort as these top athletes push through daily workouts on the streamline slopes of Mapmaker, Whoop-Up, and Legacy at Nakiska Ski Resort. The Alpine teams are thrilled with Nakiska’s racing conditions and well taken care of with delicious and nutritious meals in the Legacy Lounge. Here, they refuel and soak up inspiration from the massive Legacy photo wall of the 1988 Olympics, a part of Nakiska’s heritage.
