• Some hotels have a required minimum nights stay during peak season
• Housekeeping and baggage gratuities are not included at most hotels

Booking and Payment Information:
A deposit of $100 per adult is required at time of booking. Full payment of the package is due 45 days prior to arrival. Payment for reservations made within 45 days of arrival is due upon confirmation. Prices do not include National Park fees. Cancellation insurance is highly recommended.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations made 45 to 30 days prior to arrival are subject to a $100 per person cancellation fee. Further fees may be assessed, depending on hotel. Vacation packages are fully non-refundable within 30 days prior to arrival. Unused portions of packages are non-refundable.


Responsibility:
Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc. accepts no responsibility for weather or ski conditions at time of travel; nor responsibility for losses or other expenses due to delay or changes in air schedules or other services including, but not limited to weather, sickness, strikes, terrorism, war, quarantine, lockouts, government action. All such losses will be the responsibility of the passenger.
